YVA is available to private and corporate clients, though some agencies and companies may not be able to make payments directly to sole traders; in such cases YVA can possibly provide services through an agency or umbrella company (YVA's preferred partner is Parasol Group UK). YVA may, on occasion, request information or documents from first-time clients for purpose of safety and security.

Rates
Rates listed here; these rates only apply to work billed directly (i.e. without involvement from third parties such as agencies or umbrella companies).
Fixed-rate project agreements or other special client-specific or project-specific rates can be negotiated.
YVA promises to always apply the lowest possible charge for services provided.

Payment
Payment for directly billed services can be made via PayPal (preferred) (you don't need to sign up to PayPal to make a payment), bank transfer, cheque (UK only), or Google Checkout. YVA may, on occasion, request partial or complete payment in advance; any remaining amounts due need to be paid immediately upon completion of services provided to ensure YVA's receipt of payment within 10 days of completion. Late payment may incur additional charges. If services are provided through a third party (e.g. agency or umbrella company), this third party's payment terms apply.
