Exampe: A freelance trainer had provided Company X with a successful training programme, accompanied by a training manual custom-made to Company X's house style, including Company X's name and logo. Next, he was asked provide the same training to Company Y. YVA reproduced the training manual, removing all reference to Company X, customising it to match to Company Y.
